What are WWU’s obligations when it has notice of a 第九条-related incident?

If the University knows about sexual harassment, 第九条 requires the University to take immediate and appropriate steps  to end the conduct, prevent its recurrence and, 适当的, remedy its effects on the victim and University community.

What safety measures and accommodations are available to someone who reports a 第九条-related incident?

Upon a report of a 第九条 concern, the University will work with the parties to implement supportive measures to ensure a safe, hostile-free environment. Following an investigation and a determination that conduct prohibited by 第九条 occurred, more permanent accommodations and supportive measures may be implemented. Accommodations and supportive measures could include housing accommodations, 咨询服务, academic accommodations, Security escort services, 无联系命令, limitation on extracurricular or athletic activities, removal from University community, and other appropriate actions as necessary.
